Move better . Feel stronger . Stay resilient
Personal, one‑to‑one movement training that improves spinal health, coordination, and performance — using the Gyrotonic method as a tool.
Whether you’re coming back from injury, managing recurring issues, or wanting to move with more freedom and efficiency, sessions are tailored to how your body actually moves.
Above all I believe exercise should be about enjoyment and feeling good rather than punishing yourself!
What I do
I offer individual movement training focused on long‑term change rather than quick fixes. Sessions are progressive, adaptable, and shaped around your goals — from rehabilitation support through to performance enhancement.
Gyrotonic training uses three‑dimensional, circular movement patterns coordinated with breath to build strength, mobility, and control throughout the whole body. The emphasis is on improving movement quality, efficiency, and confidence.
Is Gyrotonic right for me?
This approach is particularly suited to you if you:
Are transitioning out of physiotherapy or rehabilitation
Experience recurring back or joint issues
Want to improve coordination, mobility, and spinal movement
Are an athlete, dancer, or active mover looking to enhance performance
Are pregnant or postnatal and want progressive, supportive movement
Lift weights or train regularly but feel restricted or stiff
Are looking for a holistic approach to movement
This may not be the right fit if you’re seeking hands‑on passive treatment only, high‑intensity fitness classes, or support during acute injury without medical guidance.
Why Start With an Intro Series?
Gyrotonic works best when experienced over a short series rather than as a one‑off session.
The 3‑Session Intro Series gives us time to understand how your body moves, establish key movement patterns, and start creating meaningful change. Most clients choose to begin this way, as it allows the work to build logically and progressively.
What to Expect
No prior experience needed
Fully individual sessions
A calm, focused studio environment
Clear guidance and progression at your pace
Sessions adapted around injuries, surgeries, or training demands
I will ask about your physical history, injuries, health problems and lifestyle so that the session is appropriate for your situation. I do not diagnose or treat injuries so if you have an acute injury I encourage you to see a physiotherapist or appropriate healthcare professional. This work is designed to complement — not replace — clinical treatment.
